Insurance
Over the past 25 years, Paul Schleifman has handled a variety of complex insurance issues for domestic and international insurers, captive insurers, and, where appropriate, corporate and individual policyholders. Having represented both insurers and policyholders, Paul has a unique understanding of the issues that drive each side to an insurance dispute. Armed with that knowledge, Paul helps his clients get to the heart of the matter in order to resolve it quickly, efficiently and effectively.
Paul has been counsel in hundreds of declaratory judgment actions throughout the United States and has successfully litigated, arbitrated, tried, mediated, and negotiated claims arising under a broad range of policy forms, including:

- Special multi-peril policies
- Environmental impairment liability policies
- Commercial property and business interruption policies
